Folk Fest Picnic 2013

We were asked again this year to cater the Springville World FolkFest Picnic.  This year we decided to do a Burlap and Lace theme and Cornbread Waffles with Chili, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cheese, and Sour Cream toppings with Watermelon and Ice-cream Cones.

 

 

 

 

Just Like Daddy

We have been working to potty train Munchkin.  At this point it is mostly just having her tell us when she needs to go stinky. 

We had a plumber over to fix our washing machine drain this morning and in the middle she informed me she had to go.   So we ran over got her on our new toilette seat with a built in mini seat for her and she sat. 

The plumber needed me to I asked if she was done when she said no I told her I would be right back and went to see what he needed. 

When I came back a few minutes later I busted up laughing as I walked in to find her reading Aaron's Ski magazine just chillin on the toilette.

Camping out in the Living Room

We just got a new Washer and Dryer.  After fixing the Washer three times and being without one for almost a month my sweet sweet grandparents gave us a brand new Washer amd Dryer set!  Along with it came Munchkin and Aaron's favorite part...... two giant boxes!  And so the fort building began.  After playing in them all day they decided they wanted to sleep in them too :)

Double Date

Aaron and I went on a double date with Daniel and Melissa to Sam Hak.

LadyBug's First Fourth of July

 For the Fourth of July we went up to Grandma and Papa's house for fun with the Fam.  BBQ, Sprinklers, Fireworks, Popsicles... isn't America Great :)

It is fun to celebrate with family, but more importantly is why we celebrate.  We are so grateful to live is such a wonderful country and so grateful for all those who have fought and sacrificed to keep us free!
