First Christmas Tree

Our First Christmas we had a theoretically brilliant idea.  We had this blue Spruce in our backyard planted literally in the middle on the yard.  I wanted it gone.. so I thought why waste it?  We'll cut off the top of our Christmas Tree!  So Aaron traipsed out into the snow with our rusty old saw and brought in the top of our tree.  I was so excited....

well until we put it up,

It looked pretty bad, but I was pregnant so with the hormones It looked Terrible!!!!!! So my Sweet Husband took it down and took me shopping for a tree :)
